Gate City Bank is looking for a service-driven Customer Service Representative to support customers at our Alexandria Office. This part-time role focuses on day-to-day banking services, relationship building delivering an exceptional experience. Work Location Type: In-Office, Part-Time

Schedule:

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 1:00PM - Closing (6:15PM)
• Rotating Saturdays: 8:45AM - 12:15PM

Pay: $17.75-$18.75 per hour

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Assist customers with routine banking transactions while providing a welcoming, professional experience.

What We're Looking For:

Compensation & Perks:

• Pay Range: $17.75-$18.75
• Saturday Incentive: Extra $5 for any Saturday worked!
• Consistent Hours: Guaranteed 15-19 per week scheduled for the hours of 1:00PM until 6:15 PM Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays, and 8:45 AM-12:15 PM on Saturdays!
