Gate City Bank in Fargo North is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to support daily operations at our Fargo North Office. You will assist customers with everyday banking transactions and build relationships by making banking easier and more rewarding.

Responsibilities include opening new accounts, educating customers on products, balancing cash drawer, and following all service, security, and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred.
