Job summary

Gate City Bank is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative at the Fargo North office to support daily banking operations. You will handle customer transactions, open accounts, educate customers on products, balance cash, and ensure service and security guidelines are followed.

The role offers weekend Saturday rotation with differential pay and benefits including health insurance and PTO. Schedule: Monday–Friday 10:30 AM–6:15 PM; rotating Saturdays 8:45 AM–12:30 PM; guaranteed 30–39

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right
• A positive, upbeat attitude and a genuine desire to help others

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, helpful experience by assisting customers with everyday banking transactions
• Build relationships by identifying ways to make banking easier and more rewarding
• Open new accounts and educate customers on products and services that fit their needs
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accuracy
