Gate City Bank is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to support daily operations at our Fargo North Office. You will handle customer transactions, assist with account support, and provide friendly, passionate service in a team-oriented environment.

Guaranteed 30-39 hours per week

Monday - Friday: 10:30 AM - 6:15 PM (closing)

Rotating Saturdays: 8:45 AM - 12:30 PM (with one Saturday off each month - earn an additional +$5/hour for Saturdays! )

Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right
• A positive, upbeat attitude and a genuine desire to help others

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $17.75-$18.75 per hour
• Saturday Differential Pay: +$5/hr
• Guaranteed 30-39 hours per week

The pay range for this position is $17.75-$ 18.75, based on factors such as education, experience, and overall qualifications.
