Frost in San Antonio, TX seeks a friendly Teller to be the first impression for customers and uphold trust and integrity. You will handle routine transactions and build relationships that span generations, delivering Frost’s valued banking experience.

Your role requires empathy, accuracy, and a proactive approach to helping customers. The position follows a Monday–Friday 7am–6:30pm schedule with Saturday hours, contributing to a long-standing Texas banking legacy.

Competenze

• Availability: Monday–Friday, 7am–6:30pm with Saturdays, 8:30am–1:30pm.
• Experience in customer service and cash handling preferred.
• Ability to use basic Microsoft Office applications and banking software.

Mansioni

• Provide exceptional customer service and teller services per performance standards.
• Perform daily credit and debit transactions per bank policies.
• Maintain cash on hand and settle teller cash and proofs daily.
• Fill change orders, wire transfers, and exchange negotiable instruments.
• Manage risk and practice loss prevention.
• Apply critical thinking with accuracy, knowledge, and efficiency.
• Align actions with Integrity, Caring, and Excellence for optimal outcomes.
