Frost is seeking a Teller to serve as the director of first impressions. You’ll be the friendly, trusted face customers rely on, building relationships across generations and delivering a compassionate banking experience.

As a Teller, you will handle daily transactions, manage cash securely, and support risk controls while upholding Frost’s values of integrity and service excellence. Availability includes weekday afternoons and rotating Saturdays.

Qualificações

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Next-level customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office apps.
• Cash-handling experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service and teller services that meet performance standards.
• Perform daily credit and debit transactions in line with bank policies.
• Maintain cash on hand and settle teller cash and proofs daily.
• Fill change orders, wire transfers, and exchange negotiable instruments; ensure accuracy.
• Manage risk and practice loss prevention.
• Apply critical-thinking, accuracy, and efficiency in all tasks.
• Act with integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve positive outcomes.
