Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to learn bank products, services and digital offerings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and handle transactions accurately.
• Identify referral opportunities and promote bank products.
• Resolve questions or problems and refer complex requests.
• Balance teller drawer daily and follow security procedures.
• Collaborate with team and participate in meetings.
• Support branch opening/closing tasks as needed.
