Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products.
• Strong balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately while maintaining balancing records.
• Address clients' needs by opening accounts, issuing checks, performing money transfers, etc.
• Resolve clients' problems directly or via referrals to branch or bank resources.
• Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities through exploring needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
