Job summary

Vectra Bank in Wheat Ridge, CO is seeking a Client Service Associate (Teller) to provide friendly, accurate transactional support and assist customers in meeting their financial needs.

You will handle base teller duties, contribute to cross-sell opportunities, and help maintain service quality at the Wheat Ridge branch. This is a full-time position with day-one benefits and a strong local community focus.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing or other related experience.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
• Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately in compliance with policies and maintain balancing record.
• Identify and address clients’ needs by providing a variety of services (opening new accounts, issuing checks, transfers, etc.).
• Resolve clients’ problems either through direct action or referral to other resources.
• Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.
