Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits and loan payments, cash checks, and handle withdrawals and night/mail deposits.
• Answer client questions in person and over the phone.
• Process currency transactions and prepare reports as needed.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities by informing clients of services and directing referrals.
• Record activities and referrals using client-facing systems.
• Complete special client requests and maintain accuracy with cash drawers.
