Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of cash handling and customer service experience.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and numeracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, loan and mortgage payments, cash advances, and other transactions.
• Deliver personalized client service in person and by phone.
• Identify cross-sell and referrals to other bank products and services.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and reconcile transactions.
• Comply with security procedures and dual-control requirements.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve branch goals.
