Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a customer service-related position preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong aptitude in math and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to use current technology and adapt to new systems.

Responsibilities

• Provides superior professional service to internal and external customers.
• Performs teller duties including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and money orders.
• Operates and balances a cash drawer daily.
• Processes night deposits and participates in ATM balancing.
• Promotes bank products and refers customers to appropriate staff.
• Resolves customer inquiries and protects confidentiality and fraud prevention.
• Provides support to all branches as needed.
