Job summary

Citizens Bank in Plymouth, NH is hiring a Teller. You’ll greet customers in the lobby and help them with transactions using our mobile app or ATMs, delivering personalized service to help reach their financial goals.

You’ll educate customers about Citizens products, follow all policies, and connect clients to Bankers for next steps while maintaining accurate cash handling and compliance in a fast-paced, local branch.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of transaction experience.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
• Comfort with using digital technology.
• Willing to work weekends and evenings.
• Video interview after applying within 7 days.
