Job summary

CAMPUS USA Credit Union in Gainesville seeks a Part-Time Member Service Associate to assist members with financial transactions and promote suitable products and solutions while building positive relationships.

You will balance daily transactions, maintain confidentiality, welcome members, provide friendly service, and direct inquiries to the right department; travel to area locations may be required.

Overview

Your Role:

Assist members with financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Identify opportunities to promote products, services and solutions that benefit members while building a positive relationship.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Exemplifies the core values of CAMPUS, while supporting our strategic priorities for members, employees, and community. Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Assist members with financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Identify opportunities to promote products, services, and solutions that benefit members while building a positive relationship.
• Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals. Investigate and resolve out-of-balance situations.
• Welcome members, provide routine information about services, and direct members to the appropriate department for specific information and services.
• Provide friendly, professional, and personal service to all members. Ensure the member's name is used during the transaction and that the work is accurate.

Responsibilities

This position may require travel throughout the Gainesville area to provide support at other branch locations as needed. The primary branch location will be discussed during the interview process.

The hours for this position are:

Monday - Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Saturdays: 1 to 2 a month from 8:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

Education

• High School Diploma or GED.

Experience

• 0 - 1 year of similar or related experience.
• 6 to 12 months of cash handling and/or member service experience.

$17.07 - $19.23 Hourly
