Campus USA Credit Union in Gainesville, FL seeks a part-time Member Service Associate to assist members with financial transactions and guide them to appropriate services. The role includes cash handling, balancing cash totals, and promoting available products.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED with 0–1 year of related experience. On-site hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 AM–2:00 PM and occasional Saturdays, offering a benefits package for part-time employees.

• 6 to 12 months of cash handling and/or member service experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist members with financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to promote products, services and solutions that benefit members while building a positive relationship.
• Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals.
• Investigate and resolve out-of-balance situations.
• Welcome members, provide routine information about services, and direct members to the appropriate department for specific information and services.
• Provide friendly, professional, and personal service to all members.

This position may require travel throughout the Gainesville area to provide support at other branch locations as needed. The primary branch location will be discussed during the interview process.The hours for this position are:Monday - Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.Saturdays: 1 to 2 a month from 8:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.RoleAssist members with financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
