Job summary

CAMPUS USA Credit Union in Gainesville is seeking a part-time Member Services Associate to assist members with transactions and service inquiries. You will balance cash, verify totals, and maintain accuracy while delivering friendly, professional service.

You will promote products and solutions, build relationships with members, and support branch teams at multiple locations including West Campus, Tower Road, and Jonesville. The schedule includes weekdays and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0–1 year of similar or related experience; 6–12 months of cash handling and/or member service experience.

• Assist members with financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Identify opportunities to promote products, services, and solutions that benefit members while building a positive relationship
• Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals. Investigate and resolve out-of-balance situations
• Welcome members, provide routine information about services, and direct members to the appropriate department for specific information and services
• Provide friendly, professional, and personal service to all members. Ensure the member's name is used during the transaction and that the work is accurate

Join our team in the Gainesville area! We have openings at multiple branch locations, including West Campus, Tower Road, and Jonesville. During the interview process, we'll discuss branch availability and work with you to find the best fit based on business needs and your preferences.

Set Schedule is:

Monday - Thursday 11:45 AM - 5:15 PM,

Friday 12:45 PM - 6:15 PM with 1-2 Saturdays per month 8:45 AM - 12:15 PM
