Job summary

Kohler Credit Union is hiring a Full-Time Teller at our Corporate Center in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour, and no prior experience is required. Training and support will be provided to help you succeed in a customer-focused role.

As part of the team, you will develop customer service, cash-handling, and financial services skills while delivering exceptional service and building member relationships in a friendly environment.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Friendly, professional, and positive approach to working with people
• Passion for helping others and creating a great customer or member experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyComfortable working with cash, numbers, technology, and computer systems
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and provide quality service in a fast-paced environment
• Previous retail, hospitality, food service, sales, banking, or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required
• Willingness to learn and build a career in banking and financial services

Work Schedule

This full-time Teller position offers a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM. This predictable schedule provides an opportunity to build your career while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
