• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, account maintenance, and other banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash with accuracy, security, and compliance.
• Identify member needs and recommend appropriate financial products and services.
• Educate members on digital banking tools and credit union solutions.
• Resolve member questions while maintaining confidentiality and following policies.
• Support branch goals by delivering outstanding member experiences and collaborating with the team.
