Kohler Credit Union is hiring a Full-Time Teller / Member Service Representative at the Grafton Branch. You’ll be the first point of contact for members, handling transactions and answering questions with a friendly, professional approach.

Starting pay is $19.15 - $21.40 per hour. No previous banking experience is required, and training is provided to develop product knowledge and service skills across accounts, loans and digital tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or cash-handling experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
• Basic math skills and comfort using technology.
• Ability to work accurately, learn quickly, and contribute as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to members in person, over the phone, and through email.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, account inquiries, and other banking transactions accurately.
• Handle cash transactions while maintaining accuracy and security.
• Identify member needs and recommend appropriate financial products and services.
• Educate members on credit union products, digital banking tools, and financial solutions.
• Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Support branch goals related to service excellence and member satisfaction.
• Participate in training and development opportunities.
