Responsibilities

• Greet members in person and by phone with professional, courteous service.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers and other requests.
• Verify accuracy and review documents for completeness and compliance.
• Assist with account maintenance and updates.
• Handle cashier's checks, money orders, and other transactions.
• Support debit card/ATM requests with internal teams as needed.
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accuracy.
• Promote products and services to meet members' needs.
• Build member relationships through service and communication.
• Follow policies and protect sensitive information.

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Teller to provide outstanding service to members while processing a variety of financial transactions. What You'll Do

• Welcome members in person and over the phone, providing professional, courteous, and efficient service.
• Process a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other account-related requests.
• Verify transaction accuracy and review documents for completeness and compliance.
• Assist members with account maintenance, including address changes and other account updates.
• Handle cashier's checks, money orders, and other financial service transactions.
• Research and assist with debit card and ATM-related requests, coordinating with internal departments as needed.
• Maintain and balance a cash drawer accurately at the end of each day.
• Educate members on available products and services and identify opportunities to refer solutions that fit their financial needs.
• Build strong member relationships through exceptional service and effective communication.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Support branch operations and assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
