The Teller handles transactions across lobby, drive-thru, night-drop, mail, or ATM; balances cash drawer and researches discrepancies; listens to customers and cross-sells bank products.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner.
• Balance assigned cash drawer and research differences where applicable.
• Actively listen to our customers, and communicate in a friendly, positive manner at all times; even in difficult situations.
• Recognize customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric to meet the needs of the customer.
• Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services.
• Perform teller functions in accordance with established bank policies, procedures and regulations.
