Responsibilities

• Welcome members in person and over the phone, providing professional, courteous service.
• Process a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other account-related requests.
• Verify transaction accuracy and review documents for completeness and compliance.
• Assist members with account maintenance, including address changes and other updates.
• Handle cashier's checks, money orders, and other financial service transactions.
• Research and assist with debit card and ATM-related requests, coordinating with internal departments as needed.
• Maintain and balance a cash drawer accurately at the end of each day.
• Educate members on available products and services and identify opportunities to refer solutions.
• Build strong member relationships through exceptional service and effective communication.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Support branch operations and assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience

What You'll Do
