• PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title.

Responsibilities

• Direct staff and guide research activities for the Evaluations and Research Unit.
• Contribute technical expertise to modernization efforts and collaborative innovation groups.
• Manage evaluation projects, review specifications, and coordinate field work.
• Work with districts, bureaus, federal partners, and research organizations.
• Develop reports, specifications, drawings, and guidance materials based on research findings.
• Participate in meetings, training, and planning for continuous improvement.
