Qualifications

• Five years civil engineering experience in the appropriate specialty and an EIT certificate, or equivalent.
• Four years experience with an engineering tech degree and an EIT certificate, or equivalent.
• One year experience with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review engineering drawings, calculations, and analyses to support permits and environmental issues.
• Coordinate environmental and engineering commitments from design documents into construction.
• Inspect construction sites for permit, environmental, and engineering compliance.
• Work with agencies and the public to address environmental and engineering concerns during construction.
• Provide engineering and environmental support for permitting, documentation, training, and field operations.
• Assess construction and maintenance activities to ensure engineering practices and environmental regulations are followed.
