Qualifications

Six years of civil engineering experience in the appropriate specialty, and an Engineer-in-Training certificate or
Five years of civil engineering experience in the appropriate specialty with an Engineer-in-Training certificate and an associate's degree; or
Two years of professional civil engineering experience with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering.

Responsibilities

Lead inspection activities and oversee construction to ensure standards are met.
Provide engineering guidance and coordinate with partners throughout the construction process.
Plan, evaluate, and supervise staff; conduct performance reviews and training needs.
Prepare work orders, estimates, and reports for project tracking and compliance.
Direct inspection of materials and workmanship and review construction practices.
