Qualifications

• Engineer-in-Training certificate is required or acceptable to the Pennsylvania State Registration Board.
• PA residency requirement is waived for this title; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead inspection activities and direct construction oversight to ensure standards are met.
• Provide engineering guidance, evaluate plans, and resolve technical problems during construction.
• Coordinate with municipalities, utilities, emergency services, and other partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare work orders, estimates, reports, and material certifications for tracking and compliance.
• Direct inspection of materials and workmanship and review construction practices for quality and safety.
• Lead and develop staff, plan work, and conduct performance reviews.
