Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Transportation Construction Inspection Project Manager to join our team in Pennsylvania. You will oversee multi-disciplinary projects for public agencies, manage inspections, and build strong client relationships to pursue work and meet financial goals.

The role requires 8+ years in engineering, and a Civil Engineering degree; PE or NICET certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience with broad knowledge in transportation and construction.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-disciplined projects for public agencies.
• Provide project management for all construction inspection projects.
• Build and maintain client relationships and pursue work.
• Achieve or exceed financial goals for the project.
• Coordinate project activities, schedule and budget.
• Oversee plans, cost estimates, reports and bid packages.
• Guide inspection staff and process change orders and closeouts.
• Review drawings and coordination plans with stakeholders.
• Interface with client staff and project managers.
• Participate in technical decisions on cost and schedule.
• Prepare technical and cost proposals.
