Job summary

The Health & Human Services Commission in Austin seeks a Leasing Manager to lead Facility Planning and Leasing operations. You will oversee Lease Officers, drive procurement, and ensure compliant, accessible lease administration for HHSC and partner agencies.

Qualifications

• Strategic leadership of FPL lease operations.
• Lead Lease Officers and manage workload.
• Ensure compliance with TAS/ADA and state policies.
• Update leasing forms and CAFM data.
• Provide guidance on leasing procedures and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to FPL Lease Officers in procurement and administration.
• Allocate workloads and ensure timely, high‑quality service to HHSC, DSHS, DFPS.
• Coordinate with TFC and RAS to align processes.
• Oversee updates to leasing forms and LO manuals.
• Review CAFM lease reports for accuracy and update CAFM system.
• Lead interdepartmental coordination and reporting.
