Job summary

CuraLinc Healthcare is looking for an Onsite EAP Clinician (Licensed Counselor/Social Worker) to provide coaching and consultation services to employees in Virginia. This role involves leading support groups, conducting training, and managing critical incident responses.

The ideal candidate must hold a Master’s degree and be independently licensed to practice. Familiarity with work-related issues and experience in trauma care are preferred.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide short‑term, solution‑focused coaching and consultation to employees (in person and via video/telephone)
• Lead topical and support groups for employees
• Conduct employee and supervisor EAP training and orientation sessions
• Provide management consultations
• Provide on‑site critical incident response
• Participate in health fairs, open enrollment and health promotion activities
• Promote the program and ensure program satisfaction

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health discipline (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)
• Post‑graduate clinical experience
• Current independent state license to practice
• Current malpractice insurance
• Fundamental understanding of MS Office
• Experience with work‑related issues
• Preferred experience in Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
• Experience in trauma care
• CEAP certification is a plus
