Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with software integrations or similar customer-facing technical work.
• Experience with APIs and integration architectures.
• Experience with cloud-based deployments and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical components of client implementations, including integrations, configuration, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects across different client environments and technologies.
• Support telephony/voice integrations across platforms and ensure end-to-end workflows.
• Configure and build technical components of the solution based on client requirements.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, Support, and client technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Ensure privacy, security, and HIPAA compliance in integrations and deployments.
