This highly visible role requires travel up to 35%, on-site deployments, strong problem solving, and proactive documentation. You will work with our engineering teams to tailor healthcare technology and ensure successful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of full-stack engineering and system design.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, React, and SQL.
• Experience building 0-1 products.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 35% to client sites for on-site builds and demos.
• Assist in integrating our solutions into client environments.
• Provide technical assistance during deployment and integration.
• Collaborate with healthcare clients to understand needs and compliance goals.
• Support development and engineering teams in tailored solutions.
• Identify and address technical challenges during projects.
• Create and update technical documentation for onboarding and maintenance.
• Stay informed about healthcare tech trends and regulations to propose solutions.
• Visit new places and meet people at the heart of healthcare.
