Job summary

Montage International’s Montage Deer Valley location seeks a Telephone Sales Agent who thrives in a guest-focused, fast-paced environment. You’ll take orders by phone and digital platforms, provide menu recommendations, and ensure accurate recording of all requests.

You will work with kitchen and service teams to deliver timely experiences, upsell offerings, and handle payments while supporting a welcoming, high-energy workplace.

• Personable and engaging communicator.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and take guest orders via phone or digital platforms.
• Provide menu recommendations and describe items incl. allergens/dietary needs.
• Enter guest orders into POS system accurately; note special requests.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for timely preparation and delivery.
• Upsell menu items, promotions and offerings to enhance guest experience.
• Process payments (cash, cards, room charges) and manage discounts.
• Assist with emails, supplies, and office organization; data entry and filing.
• Maintain clean, organized office space; close out cash banks as needed.
• Deliver WOW moments and be flexible to additional duties as needed.
