Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Florida is seeking an on-site Service Technician to accurately measure dimensions, install replacement windows and doors, and perform service on existing installations. You will analyze customer concerns, implement corrective actions, and maintain organized service operations while upholding our premium customer experience.

The role requires 2+ years in construction/home improvement and customer service with strong conflict resolution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 2 yrs of Construction or Home Improvement Experience.
• At least 2 yrs of Customer Service Experience and Conflict Resolution Skills.
• Ability to service and repair previously installed windows and doors; conduct technical measurements for installation.
• Prior Renewal by Andersen installation experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure dimensions and determine proper installation methods for our products.
• Install replacement windows and doors with precision.
• Perform service and repair on Renewal by Andersen products to meet customer expectations.
• Analyze customer concerns and determine corrective actions; ensure efficient, cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain and organize the service van; complete documentation on time.
• Present a professional image and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately measure dimensions and determine proper installation methods for our products.
• Install replacement windows and doors with precision and adherence to company standards.
• Perform comprehensive service and repair on previously installed Renewal by Andersen products to ensure installation solutions match our customer expectations.
• Analyze customer concerns, determine appropriate corrective actions, and verify that solutions are completed efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Maintain and keep the service van organized.
• Complete and submit all required operational documentation accurately and on time.
• Present a professional image and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 2yrs of Construction or Home Improvement Experience
• At least 2yrs of Customer Service Experience and Conflict Resolution Skills
• Ability to service and repair previously installed windows and doors
• Ability to conduct technical measures required for window/door installation
• Prior experience with Renewal by Andersen product installation is strongly preferred
• Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
• Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment drug screening
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
