The position requires a high school diploma or GED, good English literacy, basic computer skills, and the ability to work independently. Hospital experience and certifications are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• One-year hospital experience preferred.
• Nurse Assistant/Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Direct patient care experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Monitor assigned patients continuously via Ava Sure system.
• verbally redirect patients using the 2-way audio device.
• 11) Call Ava Sure manager or shift manager for patient behavior.
• Troubleshoot camera issues and set up cameras in patient rooms.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with hospital policies.
• Communicate patient behavioral changes to hospital staff promptly.
