Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required.
• 3 years acute care experience.
• 2 years in a similar unit preferred with leadership potential.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of patient safety and care coordination.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (JCAHO, OSHA).
• RN license in good standing (PA).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate nursing care for a defined patient unit.
• Recruit, interview, and select staff for the unit.
• Develop and evaluate unit policies aligned with goals.
• Conduct regular staff performance evaluations.
• Ensure staffing plans meet patient and family needs.
