Jefferson Health Plans seeks a Nurse Manager to facilitate mission-driven, high-quality nursing care. You will plan, lead, and coordinate care for a defined patient population, ensuring staff development, cost effectiveness, and adherence to quality and regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with nursing leadership to design and evaluate unit policies, provide clinical leadership, and mentor colleagues within a dynamic, teaching environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• 3 years of acute care experience.
• 2 years in a similar or ‘like’ unit preferred; leadership potential.
• Effective communication skills.
• Patient-and-Family-Centered Practice knowledge.
• Cultural Awareness.
• Care Coordination knowledge of multidisciplinary treatment.
• Patient Safety knowledge.
• Medication Administration and Prescription knowledge.
• Assessment and Diagnosis knowledge.
• Health Information Documentation knowledge.
• BLS - Basic Life Support (AHA).
• RN license in PA.
