TriHealth's Bethesda North Hospital in Montgomery, OH seeks an Acute Care Tech I to observe and assist with basic patient care under RN supervision. You will monitor cardiac devices, support patient flow, and help maintain a safe inpatient environment.

This on-site role offers 36 hours per week, night shift, with opportunities to grow skills in cardiac monitoring within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 2 years High School Education.
• Age 17 with work permit.
• Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Reading and math ability appropriate to the position.

Responsibilities

• Performs and documents basic patient care tasks under the direct supervision of an RN.
• Maintains a safe environment and reports safety hazards.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families and co-workers; documents observations and tasks.
• Performs supply, equipment, and environmental-related activities and ensures equipment is ready for the next shift.
• Demonstrates self-growth and accountability and supports organizational changes.
