Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs and documents basic patient care tasks under RN supervision.
• Maintains competency of tasks trained for the PCA role.
• Completes assigned tasks within required timeframe and seeks nurse guidance when unsure.
• Maintains a safe environment and reports hazards per policy.
