Job summary

TriHealth seeks a Registered Nurse for the 4200 Telemetry Unit at Bethesda North Hospital in Montgomery, OH. PRN/Optional nights from 7:00pm to 7:30am, 4 hours weekly. This high-acuity unit specializes in cardiovascular care including post-procedure and heart failure management.

You will work with a dedicated team on continuous cardiac monitoring, discharge planning, and evidence-based care to optimize patient outcomes in a stroke-certified environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing is required.
• New hires must obtain BSN within 5 years.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Registered Nurse license required.
• Strong knowledge of nursing sciences to care for varied life stages.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial and ongoing patient assessments and documents findings.
• Plans and updates the care plan with patient/family input.
• Provides safe, therapeutic environment and communicates orders.
• Supervises delegated tasks and educates other staff.
• Administers medications and monitors effects.
