Job summary

Self Regional Healthcare in Greenwood, SC seeks a Registered Nurse for the 8 Tower PCU on a full-time night shift. The role involves caring for telemetry and stroke patients, following the nursing process and hospital policies.

You will coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, document care, and ensure compliance with stroke-center standards, with duties extending as needed by leadership.

Qualifications

• ADN degree required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS within 1 year of hire.
• Basic and Advanced Arrhythmia within 1 year.
• NIHHS certificate within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document professional nursing care to telemetry and stroke patients using the Nursing Process.
• Coordinate and delegate care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel.
• Communicate findings to appropriate person(s).
• Adhere to NIAHO standards for Primary Stroke Center.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested by Nurse Manager or Director.
