Baptist Health in Lexington, KY seeks a Registered Nurse for a 3F Telemetry unit. This full-time position supports stroke care and neurology/neurosurgery patients, with admissions, transfers, and discharges coordinated by the RN.

Ideal candidates hold KY RN licensure, a nursing degree, and BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP and dysrhythmia training are required. Benefits include health, vision, dental, life and disability insurance, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Kentucky.
• Bachelor's or associate degree in nursing.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP and dysrhythmia class as required by department.
• Basic life support certification to be completed within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 24-bed Telemetry unit.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Provide patient and family education and care coordination.
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
