Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or currently pursuing BSN (must complete within 5 years).
• Minimum of one year of Registered Nurse experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise workflow and staff for designated shift.
• Ensure safe, high-quality patient care and address issues as they arise.
• Provide direct nursing care including assessments, treatments, and care coordination; facilitate admissions, transfers and discharges.
