Qualifikationen

• Active Kentucky RN license.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire if not present.
• ACLS and/or unit-specific certification requirements.
• BSN degree or currently pursuing BSN (must complete within 5 years).
• Minimum of one year RN experience.

Aufgaben

• Supervise workflow and staff for designated shift.
• Ensure provision of patient care and address issues involving patients, families, and physicians.
• Act as a role model for compassion and respect in nursing.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers and discharges and provide direct nursing care as needed.
