Job summary

Mercy St. Louis is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse for Telemetry Level 2 (Tele2). This fast-paced unit provides high-acuity cardiac and respiratory care with close telemonitoring, supporting nurses who want advanced telemetry experience.

You will care for adults 18–100 with varied conditions, participate in care planning with multidisciplinary teams, and help patients and families understand treatment and discharge steps.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN license in hiring state or compact licensure
• BLS certification or able to obtain within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a telemetry setting
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and clinical changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans
• Manage patients with moderate to high acuity needs
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
