Mercy St. Louis is seeking Registered Nurses for Telemetry 2 (Tele2) on a part-time basis. The Tele2 unit provides high-acuity care between stepdown and med-surg telemetry, expanding from 18 to 24 beds.

You will gain advanced telemetry and cardiac care skills in a supportive, team-focused environment. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced settings, demonstrate strong critical thinking, and are interested in advancing toward stepdown or critical care pathways.

Qualificações

• Education: Graduate of a school of nursing (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or must obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in telemetry.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and clinical changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans.
• Manage patients with moderate to high acuity needs.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
