Mercy St. Louis is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Telemetry 2 (Tele2) unit on a part-time basis (24 hours per week). The Tele2 unit offers high-acuity, stepdown-level care with opportunities to develop advanced telemetry and cardiac monitoring skills.

The role focuses on adult patients (18–100) with acute cardiac and respiratory conditions, with emphasis on rapid turnover and close interdisciplinary collaboration. Mercy supports career growth in a close-knit team environment.

Qualificações

• Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a telemetry setting.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and clinical changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans.
• Manage patients with moderate to high acuity needs.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
