Mercy St. Louis is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse for Telemetry 2 (Tele2) to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, high-acuity unit. The role emphasizes advanced telemetry, cardiac care, and cross-team collaboration on a 24-hour-per-week schedule.

The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking, a passion for cardiac care, and an interest in advancing toward stepdown or critical care pathways.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• BLS certification or completion within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a telemetry setting.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and clinical changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans.
• Manage patients with moderate to high acuity needs.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
