Job summary

Prime Healthcare Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for Cardiac Telemetry, Days schedule, full-time. You will provide direct patient care, monitor cardiac status, and collaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality outcomes.

A sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates, with a streamlined interview process and flexible scheduling. Requirements include a current state RN license, BLS and ACLS certificates, and knowledge of arrhythmia

Qualifications

Current and valid state RN License is required.
BLS certification must be current on hire.
ACLS certification must be current on hire.
Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire is required.
Ventilator Management experience preferred.
BSN is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Delivery of safe patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
Provide direct patient care within Telemetry scope and guide patient/family teaching.
Communicate changes in patient condition with the physician, including cardiac monitoring results and symptoms.
Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and treatment response.
