Prime Healthcare Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Stepdown/Intermediate Care unit. Full-time nights, 7p-7a, with a 3-12 hour shift pattern and rotating holidays/weekends.

The role offers a sign-on bonus and a competitive hourly wage. You will provide direct patient care in Telemetry, manage cardiac monitoring, and collaborate with physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Competenze

• Current and valid state RN license.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
• Current ACLS certificate within 30 days of hire and maintain current.
• Acute Care hospital experience preferred.
• Ventilator management experience preferred.
• RN-BC or similar certification preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Mansioni

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process.
• Provide direct patient care within scope of practice.
• Direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of other staff.
• Communicate with physicians about changes in patient condition and tests.
• Respond quickly to changes in condition and treatment response.
