Job summary

HonorHealth in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a dedicated RN for the Medical/Surgical Unit-6E-Neuro Care on the Day shift. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, manage IV therapy, and monitor patient status per standards of care.

You’ll develop care plans, document progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes and patient experience. AZ RN license required; ADN/BSN pathway noted; 1 year med-surg experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or Diploma in Nursing required; must obtain BSN within 60 months.
• Arizona RN license required at hire.
• 1 year RN experience in med-surg/float position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect health data and develop the patient care plan.
• Administer medications and IV therapy as prescribed.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team for stroke care.
• Educate patients and families on care and self-management.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and quality indicators.
